Reservation Policies
All boats cannot be over the capacity of what was booked.
The person operating the vessel must have a working understanding of the English language.
Cancellation Policy
Before 48 hours of reservation there is no charge
Within 48 hours of reservation there will be a charge of 100% of the rental fee
Day of or NO Show there will be a full charge of the rental fee.
Preauthorization’s are taken day of reservation for ALL rentals – credit cards only, credit card and cardholder must be present.
Boats/Jet ski’s $1000 (Any boat damages will be taken from the deposit)
Please note this is released at the end of the two-business days; depending on your bank and credit card it may take up to 5-7 business days.
For Boats, Fuel is not included, and you are charge per litre.
There is also a dock and insurance fee – per water vehicle.
In accordance with BC Law there is no alcohol and drugs allowed on all water rentals
Jet ski’s – tipping fee is $1500.
Jet ski’s – no switch-outs are allowed.
We will get you out for the allotted time you reserved. If you decide to come in earlier than allotted time you are charged what you reserved.
If you are late for your orientation, this will impact when and how long you are on the water.
Late Fee – $5 for every minute
Pets are NOT allowed on any rental.
Waivers – any minor that is not your child, their parent MUST sign prior to your arrival. Everyone boarding the watercraft must be present and accounted for.
Orientation for boats is 30 minutes prior to reservation for Jet ski’s it is 30 minutes.
All drivers must bring a valid driver’s licence.
We cannot store any of your personal belongings.
There is no bathroom onsite, please make sure your party is aware of this.
